This fine antique Edwardian, rare sterling silver pin cushion has been realistically modelled in the form of a kangaroo.
The hallmarked sterling silver body of this antique silver pin cushion is embellished with embossed decoration reproducing the details of the marsupial's anatomical features.
The kangaroo's back is fitted with an oval cushion.
Period pieces incorporating a kangaroo design is a rarity.
