An exceptional, fine and impressive set of six numbered antique Edwardian English sterling silver napkin rings - boxed; an addition to our dining silverware collection This exceptional set of antique Edwardian sterling silver numbered napkin rings consists of six napkin rings, each with a circular form. The surface of each piece is embellished with bright cut engraved floral and foliate spray, incorporating the contemporary initial 'P' to one side. The posterior surface of these napkin rings are ornamented with the engraved numerals 1-6. The upper and lower rim of each ring is encircled with an applied gadroon decorated border. This Fine set of Edwardian napkin rings is fitted to the original hinged leatherette presentation box, with a velvet and satin lined interior and secures with a push fit catch. Condition These antique numbered napkin rings are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. Each piece has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition. The original box is also in presentation condition in keeping with age. The bright cut engraved decoration is very crisp and the applied ornamentation is very sharp. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each napkin ring are all very clear.
