An antique Japanese Meiji period Circa 1895 cloisonne enamel metal charger plate depicting a highly detailed butterfly decorated with polychrome enamels and shimmering goldstone inclusions fluttering on a bright sky blue ground. The backside of the plate is adorned with a swirl wavy motif made using the cloisonne technique. Antique Japanese Metalware And Oriental Decorative Collectibles.
