About the Item
This antique sterling silver boxed desert knife and fork set is hallmarked by an unknown maker, but originated from England and dates to approximately 1910 and done in the period Edwarian style. The handles of the set are composed of sterling silver and done in a stylized pistol grip form with swirled accents on either side of the tops. The set comes in its original fitted leather case with a velvet interior and each of the pieces is clearly hallmarked as presented.
