About the Item

Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1926 by Mappin Webb, this stylish and functional, Sterling Silver Hot Plate, has an adjustable spirit burner for temperature control which comes fitted with a suitable wick. The silver frame has fruitwood handles and a central aluminium plate where the dishes you wish to keep warm would be placed. The hot plate measures 4.5"(12cm) tall, by 21"(54cm) wide, by 9.5"(24cm) deep.
