This exquisite antique tray is crafted entirely of solid silver, making it a wonderful example of fine English Victorian craftsmanship.
The large engraved circular silver salver features a beautiful floral design and shell border. The piece stands on four scrolling feet, and is hallmarked to the underside.
Crafted by the notable silverware firm Dobson
Sons (London, est. 1877) and retailed by Elkington
Co. Ltd, the salver comes with an elegant fitted wooden case with a velvet interior bearing an Elkington retailer's label.
