This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver creamer has been realistically modelled in the form of a cow. The plain body of this antique silver creamer is embellished with details reproducing the fine definition of the cow's facial and anatomical features. The jug is fitted with a hinged cover, surmounted with an impressive cast and applied finial realistically modelled in the form of a fly. The pieces of this exceptional vintage George VI silver flatware service for 12 persons have been crafted in the Plain Pine pattern. The plain tapering handle of each piece is embellished with Art Deco style geometric panelled decoration with a stepped-down top. The posterior surface of each handle is ornamented with a triangular panel to the terminal. The original sterling silver forks have three tines/prongs; this is a fine feature of the service. An exceptional, fine and impressive, pair of vintage English cast sterling silver and enamel salt and pepper set, in the form of a soft boiled egg in an egg holder - boxed; an addition to our silver cruets or condiments collection. These exceptional vintage Elizabeth II sterling silver condiment set consists of a salt Shaker, a pepper Shaker and two spoons. The pieces of this silver and enamel salt and pepper set have been realistically modelled in the form of soft boiled eggs in egg cups. Each condiment Shaker is ornamented with an enamel eggshell design with the top portion 'cracked' away to reveal the pierced salt and pepper holes; the upper portion of the pepper retains the original gilding. The enamel and silver egg covers detach from a bayonet style fitment to a brown enamel decorated egg cup; once the cover is removed it can be determined the pieces were commissioned to be used as functional egg cups. The spoons have circular rounded bowls to plain waisted stems and terminate with cast finials encircled with scalloped borders and circular motifs, accented with initial 'M' to one and 'N' to the other. These vintage silver and enamel salt and pepper set are fitted to the original hinged crimson leatherette presentation box, with a velvet and satin lined interior and secures with two hinged catches. An execptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian English straight sterling silver King's pattern flatware service for ten persons; an addition to our canteen of cutlery collection The pieces of this fine, antique Victorian straight* sterling silver cutlery service for ten persons have been crafted in King's pattern. The anterior surface of each piece incorporates the engraved initials 'HCD'. The reverse of each spoon and fork features a union shell and diamond heel in addition to convex shell ornamentation to the terminal. This Kings pattern cutlery service consists of 40 pieces: 10 Table forks 10 Dessert forks 10 Dessert spoons 10 Teaspoons The components of this antique service have been crafted by the collectable, renowned silversmith Charles Boyton II in 1868; the components will have been crafted in the same year but due to the hallmarking system the items are struck with the date letters m and n. A fine and impressive antique Victorian sterling silver three piece tea service/set; part of our Victorian silver teaware collection. This fine antique Victorian sterling silver three piece tea set consists of a teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug / creamer. Each piece has an inverted pear shaped form on to a domed spreading foot. The upper portion of each piece is embellished with a broad band of bright cut engraved interlacing scroll and leaf decoration accented with stylised shell designs. The decoration to the body of each component incorporates two shaped, scroll decorated cartouches: one of which is vacant, the other displaying a bright cut engraved crest of a talbot*. The teapot is fitted with a hinged domed cover encircled with a band of bright cut engraved strapwork style decoration. The cover retains the original and impressive, hallmarked cast sterling silver stemmed floral finial. The fine teapot spout is ornamented with concave fluted decoration to the lower portion in addition to scrolling leaf designs extending up to the lip. The teapot, cream jug and sugar bowl are all fitted with impressive C scroll handles ornamented with acanthus leaf decorated thumbpieces. A magnificent, fine and impressive antique Victorian English sterling silver double coaster trolley; an addition to our wine and drinks related silverware collection. This magnificent, fine and impressive antique silver coaster trolley has been crafted in the form of a carriage. The body of each coaster is embellished with fine and impressive cast scrolling fruiting vine decoration extending to the upper shaped rim; this ornamentation includes vines, foliage and grape clusters. The body of each exceptional coaster is further embellished with three contemporary bright cut engraved crests, each depicting an armoured arm embowed beneath a coronet. The pair of fine and impressive coasters are set upon an undercarriage which is fitted with impressive cast spoked wheels; the exceptional larger rear wheels indicate the fine quality of this superior example.
