Sons this elaborate William IV sterling silver christening mug has a flared rim and is decorated with applied cast and chased floral and foliate motifs, while the ornate handle is also cast with intricate scrollwork and the interior is gilded. The christening mug measures 3.5"(9cm) tall, by 4"(10cm) from handle to edge, and weighs 4.16 troy ounces.

This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver mustard pot has a plain cylindrical form.
The body of the mustard pot is embellished with pierced interlacing scrolling leaf designs.
The upper and lower rim of this sterling mustard pot is ornamented with an applied bead decorated border.
This fine mustard pot retains the original hallmarked hinged domed cover surmounted with an impressive interlacing tri-lobed thumbpiece.
This antique piece is fitted with an opposing scroll handle ornamented with a plain scrolling thumbpiece.
The mustard pot retains the original removable blue glass liner.
Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the body and part hallmarks to the interior of cover are all very clear; the maker's mark to the interior of the cover have wear in keeping with age.
