An exceptional, fine and impressive, rare antique Victorian English sterling silver toast rack with equestrian influence; an addition to our dining silverware collection.
This exceptional and rare antique silver toast rack has an oval-shaped form.
This desirable and collectable Victorian silver toast rack is comprised of six sterling silver spurs, creating four compartments.
Each arched compartment is conjoined via the button to the lower portion of the heelband with hallmarked chain structured links.
The four vertical and two horizontal stirrups each bears a curvilinear shank and functional rowel.
The central frame supports the horizontal spurs and incorporates an oval shaped carrying handle modelled in form of a stirrup, bearing a contemporary bright cut engraved crest of a demi-lion rampant to the lower portion.
The plain hallmarked base bears the registration number 'Rd 250691' to the underside, in addition to the full hallmarks.
This exceptional toast rack has been bespoke crafted in this unusual form and is the finest of its type you could hope to acquire.

This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver creamer has been realistically modelled in the form of a cow.
The plain body of this antique silver creamer is embellished with details reproducing the fine definition of the cow's facial and anatomical features.
The jug is fitted with a hinged cover, surmounted with an impressive cast and applied finial realistically modelled in the form of a fly.
This impressive Victorian silver cow creamer is fitted with a loop handle, modelled in the form of the cow's tail.
The hallmarks to the underside and hind leg of this cow creamer include:

British assay mark: Leopard head (London, England)
Silver quality/purity mark: British lion passant mark, 930, Dutch lion rampant mark with 1st standard purity (minimum .934, 934/1000)*
