We are pleased to offer for sale an elegant and decorative mid-20th-century set of teaspoons.
Made in Italy between the 1960s and 1970s by La San Marco—as confirmed by the engraving on each piece and, most notably, by the original period packaging in which the spoons are still stored—this vintage flatware set is crafted in silver-plated steel and features faux bamboo handles.
The design playfully draws inspiration from the Chinese Chippendale style, reinterpreting the classic bamboo motif—so iconic in Oriental decorative arts—through the refined use of silver-plated metal.
This set of twelve tea or coffee spoons appears to have never been used; they show only minimal signs of oxidation consistent with age.

Stunning design and craftsmanship. The handles have sophisticated Art Nouveau Pattern different decor, flowers, vine leaves, bunch of grapes, foliage, decor dahlias.
The mark “925” on the bowl confirms that it’s sterling silver (.925 purity).
The handle shows ornate floral and foliate engraving, typical of early 20th-century American or European silver flatware. The pattern style — squared edges with raised floral decoration — closely resembles Art Nouveau to early Art Deco transitional designs (roughly 1890s–1930s).
