About the Item

After the models by Johann Joachim Kändler and Johann Friedrich Eberlein, in low relief with two swimming swans among bulrushes with a crane in flight above, upon a spiral shell molded ground, the rim painted with scattered flower sprigs, with a gilt border to the rim. Comprising: a milk jug with dolphin-form handle and cover with snail-form finial, a cream jug with dolphin-form handle, a sugar bowl and cover with snail-form finial, 6 demitasse cups with dolphin-form handles and saucers, 6 side plates, diameter 6.5", and a circular serving platter, diameter 12.5", crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue. 24 pieces.
