About the Item

Exceptional Murano glass coffee service, executed using the Tre Fuochi technique, entirely hand-blown and hand-decorated, dating from the 1950s. This remarkable set perfectly illustrates the craftsmanship of Murano master glassmakers and the refined aesthetic of post-war Italian design. The glass, in a deep cobalt blue, is enhanced with sumptuous 24-karat gold applications and delicate polychrome floral motifs, all entirely hand-painted. The finely detailed floral decorations stand out elegantly against the intense blue ground, while the generous gilt highlights bring exceptional luminosity and visual richness. The set is perfectly preserved, with no cracks, chips, restorations, or losses, which is particularly rare for a complete service from this period. Set Composition (9 pieces): 1 coffee pot with lid 1 sugar bowl with lid 1 creamer 6 coffee cups 6 matching saucers This coffee service is both a decorative collector’s object and a fully functional set, ideal for an elegant table setting, a display cabinet, or a refined interior. It stands as a superb example of Murano glass artistry and will appeal to collectors of Italian glass, mid-20th-century design, and exceptional decorative pieces.
