About the Item
A stunning Victorian rosewood three-drawer dresser with oval swivel mirror. The mirror has an ornate scalloped frame and sits on a turned wood base and features cutouts to the mirror’s frame to the top, and cutouts to the swivel framework to the sides. The dresser boasts of a white marble inset to the top, flanked by a pair of glove boxes with carved floral escutcheons and egg and dart borders. Turned pilasters accent the sides of the front and the apron is a beautiful carved piece of fretwork with bracketed feet, with egg and dart trim above. The dresser has paneled sides and polished brass and ebony drop pulls. The drawer front feature beautifully matched rosewood veneers and ornate floral escutcheons. See less
