This colorful, wooden ladle continues the time-honored tradition of Burmese lacquer art (pan yun). Built atop a substrate of wood or bamboo, the decorative ladle has a vibrant finish of black and cinnabar-red lacquer (hinthabada), simply decorated at the scoop with textured engravings of allover floral scrollwork.
