About the Item
This footed offering box from southeast Asia brings vibrant color and folk charm to modern interiors as a vide-poche or catch-all dish. The vintage box is shaped of hand-turned wood and decorated with bands of yellow, black and green atop a red lacquer base. A border of hand-painted floral scrollwork finishes the round lid and an aged patina imparts a lovely antique texture.
