About the Item

From Italy a unique set of three 18th and 19th century assorted Italian flat iron trivets used to place hot irons to protect the preservation of tables, cloth and from hot charcoal and sad irons. These items are in excellent condition and have minor wear consistent with age and use. Hand-made wooden handle, one item shows a monogram with owner initials R. P., they are typical Italian collectible artworks wrought iron handmade items, made from circa 1780 up to 1850 at latest and come from a Milanese collection. Each trivet is similar in size, we have listed the biggest measure. This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 70 years ago requires a governative license for export called Belle Arti. The shipping may require additional 2-3 handling weeks to require and get the license according to the final destination of the artwork. Largest Measure: Height 8 cm Width 38 cm Depth 15 cm.
