This gallery came from a very important and published collection of shooting gallery targets. It was purchased in 1996 at an auction at Christie's in Manhattan.
Established in 1892, H. C. Evans Company of Chicago was the leading manufacturer of casino equipment in the United States during the first half of the 20th century. In addition to casino equipment the company manufactured fair ground games and shooting galleries.
