A fine, diminutive 19th Century blue decorated salt glaze stoneware crock.
With a cylindrical body, a slightly tapered neck, squared lip, and blue underglaze stylized tulip decoration around the body.
Found in Virginia (near the Maryland border).
With a volume measuring approximately 1/2 gallon.
A wonderful, small scale crock! Simply great Americana!

There is fritting and a few small chips and some fritting to the rim and chips and flakes to the foot. Otherwise, there are some fine
