Unique ceramic circular blue and gold souvenir plate from Oregon. This beautiful plate is round in form, and features scalloped pierced edges. The piercings are quatrefoil in shape. The edges almost resemble a starburst in how they extend from the center of the plate. The blue around the edges is a pearlized blue color, and alternates between scallops between the pearlized blue and gold.
