A fantastic, large hand-carved Canadian made swan decoy with a wonderful classic shape, beautiful color and finely carved form.
The work is signed by the artist (Canok Clowery) and dated (2000) on the base/underside.
Swan decoys are fairly uncommon. This piece has a great feel and heft to it. Would be a great addition to any folk art decoy collection or make for an eye-catching stand-alone accent piece in about any setting.
