Two Scarce Mason Broadbill Duck Decoys, an unusual variant of the Bluebill or Scaup featuring a wider shovel bill; the Hen is a standard grade glass eye model, circa 1920, in very good but worn original paint with strong breast swirls, old working touch-ups to the white on belly, two tight age checks on the back, and with much of the neck filler still present; the Drake is an early standard grade tack eye model, circa 1910, in worn mostly original paint, possible old working black repaint on breast, an age check low down on one side, and missing the putty neck filler between head and body. Broadbill Decoys are scarcely seen, and tack eye models are even more rare.
