Large 19th century swing handled brass pan This is a lovely looking Pan, the pan was obviously a very treasured piece, it has robust copper riveting and an iron swing handle A pan of this type would have been used in jam making, for dairy creaming and pickling. The Pan is in good condition for its age and has a charming patina The pan is 15” in diameter and 7” high NV223.
