Large 19th century toleware and mahogany grocer’s shop display tea tin, A beautiful decorative grocers tea canister, once it was filled with Tea, possibly Assam, it has a very attractive style. It is tall and can be filled at the top, the tea is accessed beneath a mahogany slope at the bottom where the tea gathers The Canister is in good all round condition, the toleware has the number 22 on the front it was made Parnall and Sons Bristol, The caddy is 33” high and 19”x 117” deep AV38.
