Native American pipe tomahawk with brass head engraved with American eagle having crest and "Hull Curttss, November 1, 1776". Shaft has tacks, pewter inlays and file burnt. Not sure what the "1776" represents. A beautiful piece that would make an excellent addition to any handmade indigenous weaponry collection. 19th century.
