About the Item
Northern Plains beaded possible bag. Sinew sewn and beaded on softly tanned hide using colors of red white heart, pea green, greasy yellow, royal blue and pearl. Accented with tin cones and purple dyed horsehair. 21" x 15"

women to carry necessities for home
travel. Medicine bags are used to carry power objects for healing. Native Americans traditionally decorated these bags with beads or fur.
