Antique Quebec paint decorated plant stand or bucket bench, circa 1890, pine slat construction with three shelves, fluted backsplash and apron, and delightful yellow scroll decoration on blue ground. From the collection of Peter Baker, author of "Celebrating Canada: Decorating with History in a Contemporary Home." In fine condition, with strong original paint. Measures: 38-1/2 in H x 37-1/4 in W x 23 in Deep.
