About the Item

Folk Art depiction of the USS Constitution composed of cut sea glass mosaic with copper coin decorative accents and hand-painted details on wooden board (ca. 1970s, USA). The text at the top reads: SS - Constitution Right-Representation - Only Key Stores. This was perhaps a prototype for a later retail version, though the meaning of the text is unclear. Excellent, vintage condition with natural crazing to the wooden board. Framed: H: 19.25" x L: 32.5" x D: 1.75".
