Machine-set in 12-point Walbaum. Quarter-bound by The Fine Bindery in light brown Oasis morocco, gilt spine titling, with red, orange and brown on ivory Whittington marbled paper-covered boards. Strathmore Americana Desert Rose endpapers and matching slipcase, with the title and an additional two-color linocut by Judith Verity on the front.
