Jeeg robot of steel (鋼鉄ジーグ?, Kōtetsu Jiigu) is a Japanese manga of the mecha genre that debuted in a magazine published by Kōdansha in April 1975. He was conceived by Gō Nagai and cartoonist Tatsuya Yasuda. A 46-episode anime TV series, produced by Toei Animation, was made from the manga in the same year.
