A Dutch 19th century wooden gingerbread mold A wooden mold for making cookies in the shape of Royal crowns, which was made by K.H. Wennink in Westendorp, baker by profession at the end of the 19th century. The board was used to make cookies in the shape of crowns for Princess Day or Queen's Day Princess Day (1885-1890) and Queen's Day (1891-2013), since the reign of Queen Juliana, has been a national holiday in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in honor of the head of state's birthday.
