About the Item
A whimsical hand carved lion statue from Africa. Hand carved by local artisans in East Africa in the 1970s, this wooden statue will be a great accent piece for any room. We especially love it for a nursery. (Or for someone who has the astrological sign of Leo) The body of the Lion is orange. Each of its four legs has black painted toes. Its long tail has a black end. The lion's main is black and its mouth is open as though it is roaring.
