About the Item

Well carved Primitive figure likely from Oceania, Africa or possibly the Philippines. A free-standing carved figure of a nude man, wearing brass earrings with detailed tribal facial marks and hair. Hand carved from a single piece of wood. Dimensions: 20 3/8" high and 6" wide, 2 3/4" D Condition: Please see detail photos. Various expected signs of age and use include losses to toes, stable fissure on back of shoulder, wear consistent with age and retaining a strong Tribal presentation.
