About the Item
A very fine Club from the Dinka people of Sudan . A club of this quality was a prize possesion of a Dinka Warrior. Carved from very dense wood ansd striated in classic Dinka form. Simple in carving but powerful in image and use. Carried only by Warriors of statues the aesthetics of this piece are enhanced by the crocodile binding on the handle.
The piece is intact with no repairs and tip of the club intact.
