Classic Yaka fetish of darkened wood with polished and worn patina, wearing a conical hat, and enclosed by wrapped fetish bundle. Typical Yaka face with strong lines on face outlining eyes and eyebrows.
8 3/4 inches high on custom metal and wood base, total height 11 1/4 inches
Created mid 20th century or earlier, by an unknow artist of the Yaka people of the Congo.
