About the Item
1 of the 3 beautiful bubble glass pendant lights designed by Helena Tynell for Glashütte Limburg, 1960. A classic design with brass details and beige cord, the hand blown amber glass gives a wonderful glow.
Helena Tynell is a finish glass and ceramics designer. She was a student at the School of the Arts in Helsinki between 1943-1946. She was one of the most influential designers in the finish glass company Riihimäki Lasi. Her work has been exhibited from 1954-1960 m (12 editions) at the Triennale in Milan, Zurich, Amsterdam and London. She has worked as a freelance designer for Flygsfors glassworks, BEGA Leuchten, Glashütte Limburg and Fostoria glass.
Good quality and in perfect condition. Cleaned, re-wired and ready to use. Height is adjustable.
On photo with beige cord, we can deliver this fixture with different colors cable or brass rod.
The fixture requires 1 E27 standard bulb. Also LED compatible.
