1950s Stilnovo Yellow Painted Metal
Opaline Glass Suspension Lamp
A quintessentially 1950s Italian design executed in sculptural opaline glass, yellow painted metal, and brass hardware. A highly functional and refined suspension light of attractive scale and incomparable refinement. Unmarked.
Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.
Accommodates 1x 60w max equivalent standard medium base (e26) LED bulb (LED only, not included). Professionally rewired for US electrical. Retains original canopy that has been modified for mounting over a standard American j-box. Adjustable max 60" drop. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
