1960s Opaline Glass and Metal Pendant Attributed to Stilnovo. Executed in sculptural opaline glass with black painted metal hardware. A highly refined ceiling lamp light of attractive scale and incomparable refinement. Unmarked.
Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors worldwide.
Accommodates 1x 60W equivalent standard medium base (e26) LED bulb (LED only). Professionally rewired for US electrical with new cloth cord and period-style ceiling canopy added for mounting over standard American j-box. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, marks, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy.
