About the Item
A reclaimed retro industrial Korean flameproof strip light made by Daeyang in 1970s finished in original marine colors very similar to duck egg.
Originally salvaged from super tankers, cargo ships and military vessels. Professionally restored by Loomlight in the UK ready for use in modern interiors. We welcome bespoke requests for different paint colours and finishes.

Weight: 7kg Lamp - 2x T8 Warm white LED tube 100v - 240v compatible.
The main body is cast aluminium with brass fittings, and glass cylindrical tubes housing the LED lamps. The cable entry glands have been stripped of the original perished chrome and polished back to the brass casting.
We have fitted fine adjustment eye-bolt sets so the light can be suspended horizontally from pitched roof spaces. The light has an original manufacturers specification label and is rated IP56 and explosion proof which allow them to be used in wet zones such as bathrooms and kitchens.
All lights are professionally re-wired by our in-house team to exceed British Standards using CE approved components. Dimensions and weights are approximate. For all orders to USA, UL listed bulb holders and 100v bulbs will be fitted. All lights are sold ready for use in your home or commercial installation. For any specific requirements please get in touch. We are happy to discuss your individual project.
