About the Item
This aluminium dome pendant light is a restored original industrial lamp from the late 1970s, manufactured for use on old ships and engineered to withstand harsh marine conditions. Refurbished by hand in the UK by Loomlight, while retaining its rugged, industrial character, it’s ready to shine again in modern interiors
Featuring a toughened glass lens, this aluminium ceiling light delivers wide light coverage, making it ideal for work spaces, kitchen islands, breakfast bars, dining tables, and even bathrooms. Designed to IP65 standards, it’s also durable enough for outdoor use and internal wet zones.
Crafted from spun aluminium with a cast aluminium frame, it’s built for longevity. Machined brass wing nuts and a cable entry gland add to its industrial durability. Changing the bulb is simple—just undo the wing nuts and open the hinged front.
Each dome pendant light is professionally re-wired in-house to exceed British Standards using CE-approved components. For US orders, we fit UL-listed bulb holders.
We supply this lamp with a high-quality braided cable and ceiling hanging kit.
