This 19th-century Italian chandelier features elaborately carved and partially gilded wood. At its center is an urn-shaped vase, detailed with painted accents or blue enamel incuse work. Foliated, ridged arms radiate from the vase, which is topped by a tall, urn-shaped finial adorned with scrolling volute handles and acanthus leaves.
Note: there is no canopy ceiling mount piece accompanying the chandelier.
Condition commensurate with age. Minor chips or nicks and a few hairline cracks present. The chandelier has been professionally rewired.
