About the Item

A charming Italian six armed chandelier from Tuscany, Lucca dating back to the late 19th century. In good condition, hand-realized with a very unusual structure, very original and unique. Features a gilded repoussé brass and iron crowns and a lovely turquoise blue opaline glass bowl topped by a golden glass egg reflecting light. The chandelier is connected to the higher part thanks to three chains and has a clear glass finials in the lower part. The curved arms ending with giltwood bobeches are equipped with six small bulbs (E14) plus a central unit inside the opaline glass for up to 350 Watts. This is a very striking Italian piece that would make a statement in any room. New Italian standard wiring. Ready to be hung. Measures: Height 80 cm Diameter 48 cm For interior only. Listed height of 80 centimeters is the chandelier structure only. This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 70 years ago requires a governative license for export called Belle Arti. The shipping may require additional 2-3 handling weeks to require and get the license according to the final destination of the artwork.
