c1850's French Antique Napoleon III Purple and Clear Rop Twist / Floral Decor Chandelier. This piece has been restored and the enamel flower work is hand painted. There are 3 purple arms and 3 clear arms. Hurricane Shades 3 Purple and 3 clear present. This chandelier could have history with Baccarat but we do not knoe so we will say style of Baccarat. It is a one of a kind piece.
