About the Item

20th Century Empire Chandelier, fire-gilt bronze with ball prism crystals, Paris Majestic splendid chandelier in Empire style referred to Empress Joséphine. Exceptionally cine, engraved and cast Bronze. Basket-formed corpus from hand-cut Frenches ball prisms (over 3,100 pieces). Connected through wide, mythological ornamental reliefed and broken hoops. There from, three fully moulded swan-designed light arms, in beak, bell formed, ball prisms. Crown formed ending from drop-prisms. Crown formed ending from drop-prisms. The swan is the symbol animal of the Empress Josephine.
