A striking Art Deco alabaster pendant light, France, circa 1930s.
The faceted geometric bowl is crafted from natural alabaster in warm tones of cream, white, and orange with beautifully veined marbling throughout. Its angular shape creates a bold sculptural presence, while the translucency of the stone provides a soft, diffused glow when lit.
Suspended from three blackened metal chains, the pendant combines natural elegance with strong Art Deco design lines. An impressive piece that works equally well in both classic and modern interiors.
Total drop including chain: 75 cm (29.5")
Good vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with age. Natural inclusions and veining in the alabaster, which add to the character. Fully rewired with new ceiling canopy, cable, and E27 fitting. Ready to install.
