About the Item
Sophisticated Swedish ceiling light designed by Bo Notini for Glössner
Co. The lamp features a double shade construction — a clear outer glass bowl with finely etched decorative motifs, and a smaller inner shade that softens the light from the four interior bulbs. The clear glass allows the etched pattern to stand out beautifully when illuminated, creating a refined and luminous presence.
The shades are suspended from a slender brass rod with a matching canopy, giving the fixture a balanced, sculptural silhouette characteristic of Notini’s 1940s design language. The rod can be shortened upon request.
Very good vintage condition. The brass shows a natural patina and minor signs of age consistent with use.
