About the Item

Bring a bold touch of French Louis XV style to your home with this striking wrought iron chandelier, crafted in France circa 1920. The sculptural light fixture features a large openwork clock face at its center, decorated with gilt Roman numerals and hands for a dramatic focal point. The iron frame is shaped with scrolling volutes and a shaped crest, creating a balanced and elegant silhouette. Four scrolling arms extend outward, each supporting a single light newly wired to US standards and dressed with decorative candle sleeves, making this chandelier both functional and atmospheric. The original dark green finish is accented with gilt highlights, lending depth and character to the piece.
