About the Item

Decorate a breakfast room with this elegant antique light fixture. Forged in France, circa 1920, the chandelier features an interesting rectangular flat bottom decorated with scrolled iron work and recessed corners. The fixture has eight lights newly wired and dressed with all the original wood candle covers; it is further embellished with the original double chains and top crown. The large Louis XV style chandelier is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns its original patinated iron finish. This elegant chandelier would make a beautiful statement over an island counter in a kitchen. Add a few hooks and hang pots and pans for an authentic country french look! Included: A canopy, loop, and chain; each color-matched to the fixture. Measures: 40" W x 22" D x 35" H.
