Model 526 in forest green is a very rare chandelier by Hans Agne Jakobsen. Small but impressive, it shows the artist's feeling for timeless design. Reduced to the essentials and based on classic petroleum lamps, the Swedish artist hits the mark for design. This chandelier is a small gem for every room, the green painted pinewood and the metal form a perfect unit. The 6 light sources for small E14 bulbs are crowned by beautifully shaped white glasses, this green chandelier always hits the zeitgeist and is particularly suitable for small rooms, because despite its delicateness it appears large and will attract admiring glances. This chandelier comes from the household of an architect couple who had furnished their 300 sqm bungalow in a prime location at the foot of a mountain with a great sense of design.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
