About the Item

A French six-light iron and crystal chandelier from the 19th century, with pendeloques and scrolled arms. Born in France during the 19th century, this exquisite chandelier features an iron armature, accented with crystal details in the centre. Six scrolling arms with flower-shaped bobeches support the candle sleeves. The entire chandelier is adorned with crystal pendeloques, whose translucency complements the dark hue of the iron structure beautifully, while the lower section is decorated with a round crystal finial with fluted effects. With its lovely proportions and elegant silhouette, this French 19th century crystal and iron chandelier will enliven any room beautifully. It is wired for the US and is ready to be hung.
