About the Item

A beautiful French 19th century Louis XV st. wrought iron, crystal and colored glass eight light chandelier. The chandelier is centered by striking and wonderfully executed grape clusters of lovely colorful glass beads and exceptional etched crystal leaves. Each elegantly scrolled arm is adorned with lovely smooth tear drop shaped clear crystal pendants and lovely shaped candle cups. The arms are separated by impressive crystal daggers also repeated at the center atop a lovely crystal fut. Above are additional superb and most decorative colorful grape clusters and crystal daggers amidst exceptional crystal leaves.
